Sonoran Hot Dog
Originating in the 1940s, this street food has a split-top roll instead of a traditional bun (called a bolillo) containing the hot dog, which is then wrapped in bacon and piled with tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise, pinto beans and other condiments.
